1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The product must include all tags, labels, and accessories
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Items on sale or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will provide:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund, depending on the situation

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product changes.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Contact your bank or payment provider
• Contact us for further assistance

8 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
